The self aligning design allows belt training and alignment even with misaligned frames. Our idler frames are robotically welded from steel for maximum rigidity. The rolls are sturdy steel tubes mounted on sealed self aligning spherical roller bearings for life-long smooth rotation.
We design our idlers for over 20,000 hours of heavy duty operation with minimal maintenance needs. The sealed bearings come pre-lubricated for the product lifetime. Customization of troughing idler components is available based on customer requirements.
